Pulse Oximetry Screening for Critical Congenital Heart Disease (CCHD) in Planned Out-of-Hospital Births

This article describes how midwives, birth attendants, and public health nurses in Wisconsin were able to successfully implement Critical Congenital Heart Disease (CCHD) screening for women choosing to deliver outside the traditional hospital setting.
